Our large, charming 2-room apartment (61m2), very quiet, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The entire apartment is not overlooked, facing south, sunny all day and air-conditioned. It overlooks a beautiful landscaped garden reserved for the residents.
It benefits from a large, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage space for your belongings, high-speed WiFi (optical fiber), an office space, a bathroom with large walk-in shower.
A 3-minute walk from Daumesnil metro station, you will have access to 2 metro lines and 4 bus lines, and can quickly reach the city center of Paris (Châtelet 15 minutes away). All shops are in the immediate vicinity, and markets are held 4 mornings a week only minutes away.

We are a couple of young retired Parisians, who share our lives between Paris, the south of France, and trips to France and abroad.
While we are away, we invite you to enjoy the comfort and calm of our apartment, from where you can enjoy the immense riches Paris has to offer.
We are particularly keen to welcome you as well as we can, so that you feel at home, in the heart of Paris, and can rest comfortably after your days exploring Paris. We feel very good there, after having lived in several other districts of Paris, and we are sure that it will be the same for you ;-)
